Dear City Council,
It is vital for Waikoloa Village to have a second road in/out of the village. Populating continue to grow. Accidentsat
waikoloa&Pamiolo. Aldo in case of emergencies another way for people to get out safe. Plus another way into the village
would help with congestion on \Naiko|oa road.
