Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to P6haku Pelemaka for its Ho`owehe I Ka Niu summer camp.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $4,345 from the Clerk -Council Services —
