Subject: Bill 24- To Notify the Community of new Towers in Advance
Hello Hawaii County Council.,
Please support the amendment to clarify requirements for notifying the community before a tower or
antenna installation. We have a right to know, in advance, about wireless infrastructure nearby so we
can make informed choices.
On April 1 t the Hilo County Chambers,
I gave testimony to support amend Bill 211 which would abide by safety and endorse restrictions on
cell radiation pollution.
During my testimony- , I played a one minute video showing a speaker at the Washington DC Council
of 5G Small Cell Roundtable.
