dear Council Members
we live in an electric universe and the easiest and best way to maintain ourselves is by ensuring our own electrical
wellbeing.
the ELECTROencephlogram is able to read the brain because the brain is electrical.
the ELECTROmyogram is able to monitor muscles and nerve impulses because the connective tissues are an electrical
network and the acupuncture meridians are converging and diverging electrical nodes.
the ELECTROcardiogram is able to read the heart beat and an ELECTRONIC pacer is placed to regulate the heartbeat
because the heart is electrical.
and an ELECTRIC defibrillator is used to jump start a heart that's stopped by literally zapping the body with a strong surge
of electricity.
that's why when you touch your car door it unlocks it because it uses the electrical field that's surrounds the body like a
bubble. a dead body couldn't open a car door because it's electrical field is no more.
and all weather conditions are in fact electrical events which is why the HAARP can disturb and manipulate it.
this is why these cell towers can and do cause disturbances in our electrical fields which then disrupt the electrical
communication and functioning, just as electrical disturbances hamper the reception and function of a radio.
So i ask that you support the amendment to notify the community BEFORE any tower or antenna installation. we have a
right to know IN ADVANCE about any wireless towers and other infrastructures that are PLANNED where we live.
