Subject: Bill 24, Notify the Community in Advance
Honorable County of Hawai'i Council Members,
I urge you to support the amendment to protect the public and make it
mandatory to notify the community before a tower or antenna is installed.
They (we) have a right to know, in advance, about wireless infrastructure
nearby so we can make informed choices. Clear and specific requirements,
including written notification, are needed to insure our rights are secured.
I am a part of the protective organizations for our County as a
volunteer... the same as you, as an elected official. Mahalo!
