SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 128-25, Draft 2; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and from a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Assist the Police
Department with Expenses Relating to Its HI -PAL Program.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 128-25, Draft 2. Resolution No. 128-25 was amended
with the contents of Communication No. 217.1 and duly approved by the Council on April 16,
2025.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23- 1 (d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading,
and adopted Resolution No. 128-25, as amended to Draft 2.
