THE STATE OF HAWAI`I DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,

GRANT TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I MASS TRANSIT AGENCY
Allows for the receipt of$270,000 of federally-derived funds for the planning of
the Pahoa Transit Hub.

REAL PROPERTY TAXES
Changes the required appropriation of residential tier two property tax revenue for
housing and homelessness from a fixed proportion of 75 percent to a fixed amount
of$9,000,000.
