SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to purchase fireworks for the annual Hilo Bay Blast fireworks display at
Hilo Bay to celebrate Independence Day on July 4, 2025.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $4,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
