SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 166-25; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Assist the Police
Department's Community Policing Program in Council District 3.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 166-25. The proposed amendment is
shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 166-25; material to be
deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored. Due to the limited
nature of this amendment, a draft of the new resolution that would result if this amendment were
adopted is not attached.
The BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause of Resolution No. 166-25 is amended to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby
transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:
