O�tY o *L�C� <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I •: '= '�� • STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> f+rE oF•x'P�:' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 170 25 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR FENCING <br /> ACCESSORIES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Parks Maintenance Division <br /> maintains inland parks, beach parks,playgrounds, ball fields, cemeteries, and other recreational <br /> facilities, undertakes construction,repair, and renovation projects for buildings, equipment, and <br /> grounds, and operates a storeroom for departmental maintenance supplies; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Parks Maintenance Division is to provide park users <br /> with safe facilities and grounds and provide employees with a safe working environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds for fencing <br /> accessories; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to provide funding for <br /> fencing accessories to the Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $10,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $10,000 <br /> Parks Maint OCE <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Fencing Accessories) <br />
