Contingency Relief Funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to the Friends of the Palace Theater for the 2025 Easter Extravaganza.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$4,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
