SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 24,Draft 4; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 25,Articles 1,
2, 4, 5, and 7, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to Telecommunication Antennas and Towers.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 24, Draft 4. During its meeting on April 15,2025,the Policy
Committee on Planning,Land Use, and Economic Development amended Bill No. 24, Draft 3,
with the contents of Communication Nos. 110.63,resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 24, as amended to Draft 4,to its meeting
scheduled for May 20, 2025.
