SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution 166-25, Draft 2; a Resolution Transferring/Appropriating
an Appropriation Out and from a Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same
to a Designated Fund Account for the Police Department's Community Policing
Program in Council District 3.
Transmitting herewith is Resolution No. 166-25, Draft 2. Resolution No. 166-25 was amended
with the contents of Communication No. 266.1 and duly approved by the Council on May 7,
2025.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d)of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading,
and adopted Resolution No. 166-25, as amended to Draft 2.
