SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 31, Draft 2,the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2025-2026
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 31, Draft 2,the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2025-2026,to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $20,000; and
• Increase the Grants to Nonprofit Orgs expense account by $20,000 for the 2025-2026
Waiwai grant-in-aid disbursement.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
