Dear Councilmembers,
It is our pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for our friend and
colleague, David Bruno, in support of his application to serve on the Hawaii County Board
of Ethics. We have known David for 28 years and have consistently been impressed by
his impeccable character, unwavering integrity, and deep commitment to serving the
community.
David is a person of insight, humility, and sound judgment. We can think of no one more
qualified to uphold and advocate for the ethical standards that guide public institutions.
