Aloha,
My name is Janelle Juan and we live in District 9 Pu'ukapu Pastoral community. I'm sending in a written testimony on Bill
44.Although we are grateful to DHHL for trying to lessen the property tax for All homesteaders. I am opposing this bill.

We live in the Pu'ukapu pastoral lots and for a decision to be made on us having to pay property taxes at this time to me
is not the correct decision and not the right time.The maintenance of our roads,our water and safety issues at the
moment is our main issues and concerns and until this can be addressed and fixed we feel this topic and bill atleast for
our homestead community should be postponed at this time.
