Aloha. My name is Jojo Tanimoto and I am a residential homestead lessee in Kawaihae:
I am testifying to support Bill No.44. I appreciate the recognition of being a native Hawaiian,that accommodates the
Hawaiian Homes Commission ACT. I appreciate the recognition that this Bill No.44 is a product of Hawaii Statehood.
I appreciate that this Bill recognizes that the Residential,Agricultural and Pastoral leases are recognized as Low income
housing.Thank you for the opportunity to testify.
