LEAVE US ALONE! My husband and'I are retired. We operate a hosted vacation rental that helps us meet our monthly
basic obligations of mortgage,taxes, home,car and medical insurances,uncovered medical expenses,utilities,gas,and
food which we couldn't do on our Social Security income alone. I know there are many, many others like us. We have
complied with the laws, paid our GE and TA taxes,and seen our property taxes almost quadruple because of our vacation
rental. Why do you want to force us to sell our homes, break up our families,and leave Hawaii? GREED can be the only
answer.We are firmly against this latest Bill 47.
