Re: Hamakua Housing Corporation—Dedication Deed
TMK: (3) 3-5-008-009 (Roadway Lot 8)
Transmitted herewith for Council approval is a resolution for the County to accept the
dedication of Roadway Lot 8, a 13,704 square foot property located just above Papa'aloa
Country Store, on the northerly side of Hawai`i Belt Road, and on the southerly side of the Old
Mamalahoa Highway. The resolution includes Exhibits A,the legal description of Roadway Lot
8, and Exhibit B,the survey map of Roadway Lot 8. Also included in this communication is an
aerial view of Roadway Lot 8 that provides context as to where the property is in Papa'aloa,
North Hilo.
Our Office respectfully requests that this matter be placed on the Committee agenda
scheduled for Tuesday,June 3,2025.
