Re: Resolution Accepting Donation of Real Property
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of real property from Meril Mulierre Caceres and
Lora Taylor De Oliveira. This property is located in Pu'ukapu, in the District of South Kohala,
Hawai`i, Tax Map Key: (3) 6-4-006:050.
The owners are desirous of donating the subject parcel to the County of Hawai`i for drainage
maintenance purposes.

A. REQUEST:
Please prepare County Council submittal to accept donation of tax map key (3) 6-4-006:050 to the County of
Hawaii.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Meril Mulierre Caceres and Lora Taylor De Oliveira, owner of tax map key (3) 6 74-006:050, desire to donate
the subject parcel to the County of Hawaii for drainage maintenance purposes. They have determined the
parcel to be unbuildable and the Department of Public Works is willing to accept the parcel in order to
maintain drainage ways in the area to protect surrounding properties, which include a Police and Fire Station
located across the street.
