Re: Acceptance of Donations
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing donations of commodities not covered by the Department of
Finance's capitalization procedures and within the 2025-2026 fiscal year, to be deemed accepted
by the Hawai`i County Council, on behalf of the County of Hawai`i, upon receipt by the County,
provided that at the end of each quarter a report of the donations received is submitted to the
Council by the Finance Director.
