Research and Development to provide a grant to ChangeMakers Community Economic
Development Corporation,DBA ChangeMarkers Hawai`i to support Lokahi CoWorks
Empowering Small Rural Businesses Program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$25,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
