THE ANIMAL CONTROL AND PROTECTION AGENCY.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 141,Draft 2. During its meeting on May 21, 2025, the
Council amended Resolution No. 141 with the contents of Communication No. 240.1.
The Council then suspended Rule No. 23-1(d) and adopted Resolution No. 141-25, as amended
to Draft 2.
