Transportation to install and maintain National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
Charging Stations
Attached is Resolution No. 142-25, Draft 2. Resolution No. 142-25 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 242.1 and duly approved by the Council on May 21, 2025.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council,which requires that final action on amended legislation be taken at its next regular
meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 142-25, as amended to Draft 2.
