No. 299/Res. No. 187-25 <br />Your Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions, to which was referred Resolution <br />No. 187-25, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 187-25, transmitted by Director of Finance Diane Nakagawa, via <br />Communication No. 299, dated May 2, 2025, authorizes the grant of a gas tank and pipeline <br />easement, under a portion of Kawailani Fire Station and Hilo Municipal Golf Course, identified <br />as Tax Map Keys: 2-4-002-001 and 2-4-002-128, situated at Waidkea, South Hilo, County and <br />State of Hawaii. <br />This resolution allows for a grant of easement from the County of Hawaii to The Gas Company, <br />LLC, for a tank and underground pipeline purposes. <br />Director of Finance Diane Nakagawa was present in chambers and requested support of this <br />authorization stating that it is a renewal of an easement to allow service to the area.
