SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 31, Draft 3,the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2025-2026
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 31,Draft 3,the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2025-2026,to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $2,000,000; and
• Increase the Agriculture R&D OCE, Misc. Contractual Services expense account by
$2,000,000 to add a new line item for Food Security Programs.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
