SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 31,Draft 3,the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2025-2026
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 31,Draft 3,the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2025-2026,to amend appropriations in the following revenue and expenditure accounts:
• General Fund: Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by
$4,000,000;
• General Fund: Increase the Transfer to Housing Fund expense account by $4,000,000;
• Housing Fund: Increase the Transfer from General Fund revenue account by
$4,000,000; and
• Housing Fund: Increase the Housing Production, Miscellaneous Contractual Services
expense account by $4,000,000 to support production of affordable housing.
The above amendments to the General Fund and Housing Fund accounts are shown in detail in
the table below:
