Council Testimony
Objection to Bill 47
I am in opposition to Bill 47 due to it's potential impact on home owners.
We are homeowners in Waikoloa Village. We do not operate a short term rental.
However, we feel that this bill can negatively impact other homeownerst and therefore, oppose it's passage.
