SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 31, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2025-2026
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 31, Draft 3, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2025-2026, to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $125,000; and
• Increase the Research & Development S&W, Regular Salaries and Wages expense
account by $125,000 to fund contract positions for its food security programs.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
