Dear Chairman Inaba:
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 47C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, I submit for your
review and concurrence a tabular summary (with supporting schedules) of the net funded
debt of the County 6f-Hawai`i as of May 07, 2025. -
Section 47C-3, Hawai`i Revised Statutes requires that a supplemental summary of the
indebtedness of the County be prepared as of a date within 30 days of the delivery of a new
note/bond issue. The enclosed summary as of May 07, 2025 is submitted for your review
and concurrence since the County of Hawaii issued $142,140,000 General Obligation Bonds,
Series 2025 on May 07, 2025. Concurrence by the Chairman of the Finance Committee and
the Corporation Counsel are -attached.
