Kekai <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi -year license agreement with <br />the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop to enter onto and use a portion of the land in <br />Keahou, Ka`u, Hawaii designated by Tax Map Key (3) 9-9-001-034 for the purposes of <br />operation and maintenance of a non -manned communications facility, including a 300 foot <br />tower.
