SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to assist the Department
of Parks and Recreation with expenses relating to tree removal support and services at Spencer
Park at `Ohai`ula Beach and Kamehameha Park, as well as improvements to the Kamehameha
Park tennis courts.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $30,817 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
