SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the North Kohala Community Resource Center to assist with
expenses related to the Kohala High School Project Grad Night.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
