H, 1 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII _• STATE OF HAWAII <br />7rE GF•H►� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 224 25 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK MAINTENANCE AND/OR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 6. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br />diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br />interests of the community in a safe and well -maintained environment; and <br />WHEREAS, Council District 6, South Kona, Ka`u, and the Volcano area, has various <br />park facilities in need of maintenance and/or improvements, which include, but are not limited <br />to, facility renovations, fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and/or improvement projects in Council District 6. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $15,835 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br />341 Misc.
