Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Friends of the Library — Waikoloa Region to assist with
expenses related to purchasing books to improve community literacy.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
