Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 207-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 207-25, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication
No. 324, dated May 15, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter into a
multi -year lease agreement for one ten -ton pneumatic roller to be used by the Department of Public
Works.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
total monthly cost of $3,198.08, to be used for construction, resurfacing, and maintenance projects.
Public Works Business Manager Kelsey Kalua-Lewis mentioned that funding for lease agreement
was in their Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.
There was no discussion on the item.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 207-25, and
recommends its adoption.
