Re: Comm. No. 322/Res. No. 205-25
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 205-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 205-25, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication
No. 322, dated May 15, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter into a
multi -year lease agreement for one excavator to be used by the Department of Public Works.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
total monthly cost of $5,187.43, to be used for construction, resurfacing, and maintenance projects.
Public Works Business Manager Kelsey Kalua-Lewis was present in Chambers.
There was no discussion on the item.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 205-25, and
recommends its adoption.
