COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
Re: Comm. No. 319/Res. No. 202-25
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 202-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 202-25, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication
No. 319, dated May 15, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter into a
multi -year lease agreement for real property to be used by the Department of Parks and Recreation.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a two-year lease agreement with the option to renew
for one additional year with the Ocean View Community Association, Inc., with an estimated cost of
$450 per month, for space located at 92-8924 Leilani Circle.
Committee Member Michelle Galimba expressed appreciation of the resolution and thanked the Ocean
View Community Association and Marilyn Rose for their work in community.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 202-25, and
recommends its adoption.
