Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 198-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 198-25, transmitted by Finance Director Diance Nakagawa via Communication
No. 315,. dated May 15, 2025, accepts the donation of real property identified by Tax Map
Key: 6-4-006:050, situated at Pu`ukapu, District of South Kohala, Island, County, and State of Hawaii.
The landowner seeks to donate the subject property to the County for drainage maintenance purposes.
There was no discussion on the item.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 198-25, and
recommends its adoption.
