Re: Nomination of Taylor Spurgeon of Council District 6 to the Ka'cl Community
Development Plan Action Committee
Aloha Chair Inaba and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Taylor Spurgeon, of Council District 6, to the Ka'Q Community
Development Plan Action Committee. Mr. Spurgeon is a 6-year resident of Hawaii Island.
Mr. Spurgeon is presently a volunteer with '0 Ka'G K5kou, the N5'51ehu Food Hub Distribution,
and always helps with senior service projects when and where he can. He is a retired civil
servant, enjoys living in Ka'Q and is looking to give back to the community. If confirmed, Mr.
Spurgeon will serve a term ending on December 31, 2028.
