Re: Nomination of Raymond J. Kirchner of Council District 7 to the Kona Community
Development Plan Action Committee
Aloha Chair Inaba and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Raymond J. Kirchner, of Council District 7, to the Kona
Community Development Plan Action Committee. Mr. Kirchner is a 35-year resident of Hawaii.
Mr. Kirchner is an active member of the Kailua-Kona community and has served in volunteer
roles in government and the community for over a decade. He is a credible and highly
experienced real estate appraiser, as well as the owner and operator of Paradise Appraisals
LLC. If confirmed, Mr. Kirchner will serve a term ending on May 31, 2028.
