SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 24, Draft 6; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Articles 1,
2, 4, 5, and 7, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to Telecommunication Antennas and Towers.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 24, Draft 6. During its meeting on June 4, 2025, the Council
amended Bill No. 24, Draft 5, with the contents of Communication No. 110.153, resulting in the
attached draft.
The Council then voted to pass Bill No. 24, as amended to Draft 6, on first reading.
