My wife have reside in Waikoloa Village for four years and experienced the mass exodus for a wild brush fire. I
am writing in support of Communication 159.41 to amend Bill No. 32, Draft 2. 1 fully support this amendment for
funding the initial engineering of Waikoloa's second arterial road.
