Testimony in Support of Mr Hustace's Amendment to Secure Funding for Waikoloa
Village Second Road.
As Council Member James Hustace is stepping up with an amendment, Communication 159.41, to secure the funding we
need to get the Waikoloa Village second road project started, my wife JoAnn and I strongly support Communication
159.41 to amend Bill No. 32, Draft 2.
As new, permanent residents of Waikoloa Village, we live near the current evacuation route and often worry about our
security —in the event of a disaster.
Finding the funding for the second road project is very important to us.
We greatly appreciate Mr Hustace's efforts and hope his amendment is successful.
