Subject: Testimony for Second Road for Waikoloa Village
To All,
Request you amend the county budget to include a second road in and out of Waikoloa Village. The "can" has been
kicked around far too long. It is time to take action before someone dies in a wildfire. It is time to stop the
"studies," hire a contractor to draw up plans and get a bid for construction and build the road. Get it done!
