Subject: Waikoloa fire access road
we are a growing community in a dry and windy area. There is currently a
whole new community being added on and an extension of what is currently
built on. It is irresponsible for builders to be adding to our population
without adding an access road. The access road should have been built
before anymore homes were allowed to be built.
But here we are now. we need a road out!
