My name is Bonnie Uyechi resident of Waikoloa village for thirty years.
I am in support of communication 159.41 to amend bill no.32 draft 2 for funding the initial engineering of
Waikoloa's second arterial road.
A major fire in Waikoloa village is not an if but when!
We have 8000 people living in a cut de sac with one way out that's not locked.
