I support Communication 159.41 to amend Bill 32 Draft 2 to fund initial engineering to Waikoloa's second arterial road.
As a home owner of over 15 years in the Village, having been through several close call brush fires around the village it is
of the upmost priority that we complete a safe secondary route in/out of the village. Mahalo for your consideration. God
