Bill 24 contains a balance between providing connectivity for our community and protection from tower & antenna encroachment. As an example; telecom facilities, including police, fire, & ambulance, are exempted from requirements. At the same time a 600 foot setback from homes and schools is provided. A balance that that protects public health, safety and welfare. Without this proposed ordinance we have nothing. It is the wild west of wireless. We need the protections it (Bill 24) provides.
