Z5 From: susan jamerson Sent: Friday, May 30, 2025 10:14 AM To: Council Testimony Subject: I Support Bill 38 - Private Road Maintenance tax credit Aloha County Council Representatives, I wholeheartedly support this idea - getting a tax credit for all the money I put into maintaining our gravel road every year. Those of us who live in Puna know the County doesn't have the time, money or interest in keeping our small roads in passable condition. This means the residents must do it. Please pass this bill and give us some concrete relief from all the time and money we put in to make sure everyone on our road can get to their home safely.
